The Restaurant
"Everything on the menu was either grown here, reared locally, or foraged from the surrounding countryside."
Head Chef James Cole leads a small kitchen built around the seasons. The tasting menu changes weekly, written from whatever has arrived that morning from local farms, gardens, and the woods beyond.
Breakfast is available to all guests. The restaurant is open to non-residents Thursday through Sunday.

What to Do
"We stayed for three nights and genuinely didn't want to leave. The food was exceptional and every room detail had been thought about."
Charlotte & Ben W. · The Suite
"A perfect retreat. The grounds at sunrise alone were worth the trip — we'll be back in the autumn."
Sophie M. · Deluxe Room
"Warm, considered, never stuffy. James's tasting menu was the meal of the year for us."
